In the event there is a manufacturer defect or quality concerns beyond the customer’s control, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.Prior to making any returns. You must first contact momokolashes@outlook.com for further details. All returns take up to 14 working days to be processed by our returns department from the date received back at our HQ.
